This document is the official offer (public offer) of the Bigmax online store (bigmax.uz) and contains all material terms for the sale of goods.
1. General provisions
By placing an order on the site, the buyer fully accepts the terms of this offer. The seller reserves the right to make changes; the current version is always available on this page.
2. Subject of the contract
The seller transfers ownership of goods listed in the catalog to the buyer, who accepts and pays for them at the prices stated at the time of order.
3. Price and payment
All prices are listed in soum (UZS) and include VAT. Payment is made online by card, by bank transfer, or in cash to the courier on delivery.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available across Uzbekistan. Times and costs are calculated at checkout based on the region.
5. Returns and exchanges
The buyer may return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt. See the Support page for details.
